Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We may require additional information from you to process the refund inquiry.
